Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual sessions with clients to explore their personal goals, preferences, and the various options available for achieving them.

• Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to each client’s educational background, physical abilities, aspirations, and ongoing needs, adapting as necessary throughout the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to craft and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Maintain meticulous case files and uphold thorough documentation processes, including client backgrounds, insurance information, progress narratives, and session summaries.

• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure that goals are realistic and being met effectively.

• Engage regularly with clients as they participate in job training and placement programs, providing on-the-spot support and addressing any challenges that may arise.

• Work collaboratively with clients’ support systems—including family and friends—to better address their needs and facilitate positive outcomes.

• Analyze client needs systematically and provide timely documentation of reports and recommendations to relevant resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and other psychological conditions. Many clients seek our services seeking guidance for stress management, coping strategies, and emotional support. You will be there to empower them as they navigate their therapeutic journeys and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• Proven experience providing mental health treatment in either residential or outpatient settings, particularly with clients facing a variety of mental health issues.

• A collaborative mindset, demonstrating a passion for fostering positive change in the lives of others.

• Strong clinical skills in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and proficient documentation skills.

Preferred Experience\n
