Candidate Requirements: Industry Tenure: 10+ years of senior sales leadership within the lighting, electrical, or building materials industries. Proven Performance: A documented history of driving multi-million dollar growth in both residential and commercial verticals. Technical Literacy: Expert-level knowledge of LED technology, energy-efficient solutions, and lighting market trends. Strategic Vision: Advanced proficiency in market analysis, competitive positioning, and complex customer segmentation. Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and influence capabilities, tailored for engagement with developers and senior executives.
