About the Role As IEX grows across Equities, Options, Market Data, and Access Services, we are looking for someone to own Revenue Operations to build and scale the operating engine behind our go-to-market organization. Working across Business Development, Marketing, Analytics, and Product, this person will connect our systems, data, processes, and reporting into a scalable GTM playbook. The goal is to move away from information living in spreadsheets and people's heads and toward a connected operating model that improves sales productivity, accountability, and decision-making. This is a builder role for someone who has created or significantly evolved a RevOps function and can combine strategy with hands-on execution. What Success Looks Like in 12–18 Months: Our CRM is the trusted source of truth, reliance on spreadsheets has materially declined, IEX has clear sales KPIs and an effective commercial operating cadence, automation and AI are improving sales productivity, and we have built the data foundation to better connect sales activity to customer behavior and business outcomes. What You'll Do Build the RevOps playbook: Establish scalable processes across Business Development, Marketing, Analytics, and Product. Connect our systems and data: Make our CRM the source of truth and partner with Analytics to connect CRM activity with Tableau, trading data, and business outcomes. Establish KPIs: Develop concrete sales targets and measures around customer penetration, wallet share, product adoption, and commercial performance. Build toward better attribution: Help IEX understand how sales activity influences customer behavior, market share, and ultimately revenue. Drive sales productivity: Rapidly implement automation and AI tools that reduce manual work and help the commercial team spend more time with clients. Create the operating rhythm: Partner with leadership and Finance to establish the dashboards, pipeline management, forecasting inputs, and weekly/monthly cadence that drive accountability and outcomes. Drive adoption: Lead the behavioral change required to move teams away from spreadsheets and disconnected processes. Your Background Experience building or significantly evolving Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, or Commercial Operations. Strong CRM expertise in HubSpot, and experience connecting CRM, BI, and other commercial systems. Strong understanding of data, automation, reporting, and AI-enabled sales tools. Experience establishing sales KPIs, performance measurement, and ideally activity-to-outcome attribution. Proven ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Product, Finance and senior leadership. Someone who can solve ambiguous problems, influence behavioral change, and build where there isn't an existing playbook. Experience in SaaS, consumption/usage-based businesses, fintech, financial services, or another complex or regulated environment. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting annual base pay is between $225,000-$250,000 for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
