Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement age-appropriate assessments tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with a focus on evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Guide parent support groups and develop programs aimed at addressing the unique challenges faced by families, particularly those dealing with issues of placement and adoption.

• Provide mentorship and training to community members and other professionals regarding prevalent mental health issues and appropriate interventions.

• Consult with an interdisciplinary team to develop and optimize treatment plans that promote holistic care and client wellness.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops and collaboration with colleagues, further enhancing your therapeutic skills and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will invite you to work with a diverse patient population that includes both adults and youth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science or related field.

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating strong clinical acumen and a commitment to best practices in mental health treatment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse client needs and maintain effectiveness in high-pressure scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n
