Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and needs of each client.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients utilizing evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, using clinical judgment to assess risks and develop immediate interventions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about cutting-edge mental health practices and compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adult clients who are seeking support for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on your caseload and experience. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits package includes:
