Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive therapy services tailored to children, teenagers, young adults, and their families.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients and their families, ensuring ongoing counseling and treatment adjustments as necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including clinical psychologists and other licensed professionals, to develop cohesive treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client assessments and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse clientele, primarily involving children and adolescents, along with young adults and their families. This demographic often requires a unique approach to therapy that encompasses not only individual challenges but also family dynamics and support systems. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related mental health field.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience is required.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a history of unsupervised clinical practice.

• Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment commencement.
