Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting video sessions with clients to deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling.

• Identifying the behavioral and mental health needs of stable, low-acuity adults through thoughtful assessments.

• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans and treatment goals tailored to client needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based modalities to facilitate treatment and encourage client progress.

• Monitoring client progress, maintaining detailed session notes, and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) recognized by the state board.

• Ability to practice independently without supervision.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a sympathetic demeanor.

Preferred Experience\n

While experience in teletherapy is valuable, it is not strictly necessary as we provide comprehensive onboarding including training on our platform. We prioritize candidates with demonstrated experience in therapeutic settings who can quickly adapt to providing care in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
