Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while connecting with clients throughout the week. We operate with a flexible structure, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling our therapists to balance their professional responsibilities and personal well-being. Although the role is primarily remote, you will be part of a dynamic outpatient office environment that values collaboration and continuous development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories, strengths, and challenges, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools.

• Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Use behavioral modification techniques and psychoeducation to foster client growth and promote lasting change.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of client progress, therapies employed, and treatment outcomes in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on mental health trends and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and couples struggling with a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a relevant field.

• Active state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical or counseling setting, providing therapeutic services to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
