Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to clients through our online platform.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique psychological and emotional needs of each client.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans and methods as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele presenting a variety of mental health issues. This includes, but is not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. You will engage with individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring each person receives culturally competent care tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrated ability to use technology effectively for conducting remote therapy sessions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building strong therapeutic relationships.

Bright Health Community Healthcare Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually.
