We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Child and Adult Empower Mental Clinic Services. This full-time remote position offers professional flexibility while allowing you to make a significant impact on the mental health of individuals, couples, families, and children in Sacramento and surrounding communities. The annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.

This role is conducted in a remote setting, allowing you to collaborate effectively with team members while managing your caseload from the comfort of your home. • Conduct initial intake assessments, gathering comprehensive information to understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based methods tailored to each client's specific situation.
• Provide therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, designed to address various mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with the Utilization Review and Business Departments to ensure proper authorization and payment processes are followed for all services rendered.
• Engage in outreach activities to connect clients with community resources while offering interpretation and translation services when needed.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is mandatory for this position.
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• The ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients, fostering trust and a therapeutic alliance.
• Competence in timely documentation and submission of services and treatment activity reports, in adherence to organizational guidelines.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• A background in crisis intervention and intervention strategies for at-risk populations.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
