As a remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home while being equipped with the necessary technology to engage effectively with your clients. You will interact with patients via secure video conferencing tools, supported by a robust clinical team available to assist you in real-time. • Conduct initial assessments with patients through video sessions, providing empathetic support and guidance during therapy.
• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, including gathering and analyzing patient history and mental status examination results.
• Develop individualized behavioral health treatment plans, ensuring they are evidence-based and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of patient interactions, treatment progress, and any pertinent data to support ongoing care.
• Engage in regular consultation with the clinical support team to discuss case progress and enhance patient care strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted LCSW license in California.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently, managing a diverse caseload without the need for ongoing supervision.
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and the ability to adapt to new technologies that facilitate remote care delivery.

• Three or more years of direct psychotherapy treatment experience, particularly in a telehealth setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions and a commitment to continuous professional development.
