• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnoses for patients, utilizing your extensive knowledge and training.
• Develop customized treatment plans reflecting each patient’s unique requirements and preferences, promoting collaborative therapeutic alliances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to enhance patient engagement.
• Coordinate effectively with a network of professionals, including primary care physicians and psychologists at our partner health systems, to ensure a seamless integrated approach to patient care.
• Perform meticulous documentation of patient therapy sessions and progress through electronic health records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Monitor patients’ adherence to prescribed psychiatric medications and address any concerns regarding side effects, efficacy, and treatment adherence.
• Support patients during necessary crisis interventions while providing a safe and supportive space for their mental health needs.

Our clients encompass a wide range of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse individuals across all age groups, providing culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects their unique experiences and perspectives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, accompanied by current and valid licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• At least one year of experience working as an independently licensed therapist, demonstrating the ability to deliver comprehensive mental health services.

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in community health settings, teletherapy, or working with underserved populations will be preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and previous experience with collaborative care models will also be advantageous.
