Mindful Walkway Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This full-time position is designed for a professional who is committed to empowering marginalized populations, particularly focusing on early intervention services for children with developmental delays and disabilities. You will play a crucial role in improving the lives of families by conducting assessments and participating in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) process.

This position will be remote, allowing flexibility while you engage with families and colleagues through virtual means. You'll be collaborating closely with a team dedicated to early childhood development and mental health, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services designed to enhance children's skills in a supportive and understanding context.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that goals are met collaboratively.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes for enrolled families, providing feedback and adjustments as necessary.
• Engage with families to offer guidance, strategies, and resources that will support their child's developmental journey.
• Utilize evidence-based practices within natural learning environments to promote effective learning.
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations and standards, ensuring the safety and health of all individuals served.
• Establish and maintain rapport with children, families, and team members to foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Make recommendations for frequency and type of services based on individual developmental needs and family objectives.

The focus of this position is primarily on pediatric clients, specifically infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will be empowered to work closely with families, advocating for their needs while equipping them with the skills necessary to promote their child's growth in all developmental areas, including physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health in California.
• A current driver's license is necessary for potential client visits.
• Proficiency in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet various learning styles and individual treatment plans.
• Demonstrated commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
