• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services via telehealth, in-office sessions, or a combination of both methods, ensuring accessibility for your clients.
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic documentation of all client interactions, adhering to the relevant psychotherapy guidelines and privacy laws.
• Engage actively with clients to develop treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and monitor their progress regularly.
• Work towards expanding your client caseload by an additional 15-35 clients, allowing you to enhance your practice and income potential.
• Participate in regular clinical case review sessions with peers and administrators to foster a culture of ongoing learning and best practices in therapeutic techniques.

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field.
• Active California licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPCC) is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation and maintaining client records securely.
• Diverse knowledge of contemporary psychotherapy practices and guidelines.
• Exceptional communication skills and passion for utilizing best practices in therapy.

• Experience working within an integrative wellness framework that emphasizes collaboration across disciplines.
• Previous work with varied patient populations, including specialized training with veterans or specific age groups.
• Proficiency in telehealth delivery methods and technologies.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $120,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
