Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather and analyze information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, resources, and socio-environmental influences.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and identify timely interventions to track clients' progress.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team to enhance care coordination, ensuring all aspects of a client’s treatment are aligned and effectively communicated.

• Offer crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments when necessary, including creating safety plans to mitigate potential harm.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, promoting a supportive community among clients.

Qualifications\n
