Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma.

• Provide ongoing support and resources to clients, including referrals to additional healthcare professionals as needed.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with company policies and relevant laws.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, collaborate on treatment strategies, and contribute insights based on your experiences.

Your client base will include a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. The role requires you to be skilled in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, addiction, and eating disorders, ensuring that you are equipped to handle different therapeutic needs. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid mental health licensure in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly with diverse populations.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Ability to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using inclusive and responsive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the capability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
