Senior Partnerships Manager - North America (B2B SaaS/ Electronics)

Type: Full-cycle, senior individual contributor Luminovo is hiring a Partnerships Lead to build and own our channel and referral partnerships across North America. This is a full-cycle partnerships and business development role: you will own your pipeline, run your own meetings, and be measured on real commercial outcomes, including signed partner ARR, ambassador referrals, and influenced revenue. We have a proven partnerships model in Europe, split between a supplier partner ecosystem and a referral partner (ambassador) program. Now we need someone to own that entire motion for North America and build it from near-zero into a real revenue engine. You will work a market with roughly 150 PCB manufacturers, 100 to 150 distributors, and 50 to 70 SMT equipment vendors, most of them untouched. Unlike a traditional sales role, you keep the partner relationship long-term instead of handing it to customer success. That means deeper trust, more referrals over time, and a compounding book of business. If you want to own a market, not just work in one, this is the role. What you'll own Activate the ambassadors already signed up in North America. Build the relationships and turn warm agreements into real referral pipeline. Sign 10 or more new high-fit ambassadors: SMT equipment vendors, independent sales reps, and consultants who work daily with EMS and OEM buyers. Target 10 or more referrals per ambassador per year. Operationalize the channel. Set up the cadences, materials, and tracking that make referrals repeatable, adapting what works in EMEA for the NA market. Win PCB partners. Build a pipeline of NA-based PCB suppliers and bring them onto the Luminovo network, owning the full cycle from outreach to signed agreement. Win distributor partners across API, Quote, and Stocking partner types, including franchised distributors and brokers who want to reach active EMS and OEM buyers. Drive revenue against a clear, ambitious number, with the playbook and support to hit it. Operate independently Be self-sufficient in HubSpot, our ambassador app, sequencing tools, and AI-assisted sourcing from day one. Your focus is fully commercial: sourcing, qualifying, and closing. Build the playbook. Document repeatable processes for partner sourcing, outreach, activation, and long-term relationship management. Track your leading indicators proactively and know your numbers before your manager does. What strong candidates look like We deliberately skip a rigid checklist of minimum qualifications. We care more about drive and impact than your CV. That said, the best candidates tend to bring: An electronics industry network. You come from distribution, EMS software, electronics supply chain, or a direct competitor. You know the terminology, the players, and how deals get done, and you're immediately credible with a PCB manufacturer, a franchised distributor, or an SMT equipment vendor. Full-cycle commercial ownership. You've carried a number in B2B SaaS or an electronics-adjacent business in the $5k to $30k ARR deal band. You sourced, ran the process, and closed. Two-speed partnerships range. You're strong in both relationship-led channel building (ambassadors, referral networks) and transactional partner closing (supplier and distributor agreements). North American GTM instincts. You know how to sell into North American channel and VP Sales organizations. East or Central time zone preferred for collaboration with our Munich team. Willingness to travel. You'll attend trade shows and industry conferences a handful of times a year, where partner relationships start. A valid passport is required. Operator mindset. You reach for tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, AI workflows) to move faster, and you build lists, sequences, and dashboards without being asked. High agency, low ego. You run the meetings where you add the most value, know when to hand off, and work with a direct, honest focus on impact over optics.
