Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients’ mental health status and personalized needs.
\n
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ individual goals and therapeutic needs.
\n
• Providing evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to achieve optimal client outcomes.
\n
• Utilizing teletherapy techniques to conduct virtual sessions with clients, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Offering crisis intervention services as required, promptly and effectively responding to client emergencies.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to remain current with mental health best practices and evolving industry standards.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage client caseloads and responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred and will enhance your candidacy:

• Experience using telehealth platforms for client sessions.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
