Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans, incorporating both individual and group therapy as necessary.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions aimed at overcoming dependencies, enhancing resilience, and fostering positive behavioral changes.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic, attainable treatment goals that adhere to ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring a robust support structure throughout their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, consistent with state and federal regulations.

• Work closely with the Clinical Director to perform regular chart audits and ensure comprehensive treatment records.

• Participate in regular staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance care quality.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives that aim to elevate the standard of care provided to our clients.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive treatment tailored to their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience providing direct clinical services in social work, particularly within substance use or mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
