Work Environment

You will be working in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility that is equipped with the latest technology and resources to aid in recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a balanced caseload of 1–2 patients per hour, allowing for focused and individualized therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans that utilize proven treatment methodologies tailored to meet the unique recovery goals of each patient.
• Document comprehensive notes using the WebPT system, maintaining patient records that support continuity of care and facilitate communication among the care team.
• Evaluate patient progress continually, modifying treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes and ensure a pathway to recovery from initial assessment to final session.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by coordinating care with colleagues, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient's rehabilitation journey.

Patients at Functional Physical Therapy come to us with a range of conditions, including post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, sports injuries, and more. Your role as a Physical Therapist will be critical in guiding these patients through their recovery journeys, utilizing your expertise to help them regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid California Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of California.
• Demonstrated capability in orthopedic outpatient care, showcasing an understanding of treatment protocols and functional assessment techniques.
• An energetic disposition along with a methodical approach to therapy implementation, pairing enthusiasm with evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Prior experience utilizing electronic health record systems, specifically WebPT, is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing comprehensive treatment plans based on the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
