Saddle Mind Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic located in Millbrae, California. Work Environment

The work setting is an onsite outpatient office that emphasizes collaboration and teamwork among clinicians. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care by conducting thorough movement assessments to determine patient needs.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that address specific mobility and strength goals for each patient.
• Monitor patient progress on a weekly basis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Deliver education and instruction on home exercises and techniques to support long-term recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track patient responses to treatment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation staff to optimize patient care.
• Manage 1 to 2 patients per hour in a prioritized manner, ensuring attentive care while balancing clinic responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; Master's or Doctorate level is preferred.
• An active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and support patients through their rehabilitation journey.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, showcasing a proven track record of patient success.
• Experience in utilizing treatment modalities such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and modalities for pain management.

Compensation and Benefits
