This role is fully remote, providing flexibility and convenience for our team members. With a focus on work-life balance, we operate during standard business hours, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing intake assessments to determine the mental health status and needs of clients.

• Establish strong therapeutic relationships by building rapport and trust with clients, adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active, unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
