Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting 45-minute therapy sessions via video conferencing, utilizing a solution-focused therapy approach that aims to address and resolve mental health challenges promptly.

• Engaging with clients experiencing low-acuity issues, such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, relationship problems, and grief, helping them navigate their emotional struggles.

• Utilizing our online platform's built-in systems to minimize the time spent on administrative tasks, such as documentation, allowing you to concentrate on client care.

• Managing case loads that align with your schedule, providing you with the flexibility to choose your hours and the number of clients you wish to see.

The clients you serve primarily include individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your dedication and expertise, the compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on the number of hours worked. Additionally, we offer:
