Executive Assistant / Client Relations Manager

The Trump Group

We are a privately held family office with a portfolio of operating companies and direct investments concentrated in logistics and supply chain assets, energy, and hospitality. We source, structure, and execute transactions on principal capital alongside leading investment banks, private equity sponsors, family offices, and sovereign investors.Location: In person with our Co-Chairman/Owner 4 to 5 days a week. The office is located in Sunny Isles Beach, FL.The Role:We are hiring a Client Relations Manager to lead client hospitality, conferences, philanthropic events, and bespoke experiences for our principals, investors, partners, and operating company executives. This is a senior individual-contributor role with high visibility into the family office's relationships and transactions, sitting directly alongside the Co-Chairman/Owner.Responsibilities: Plan, produce, and execute private client events ranging from intimate principal dinners and small-group conferences to large-scale brand activations, partner galas, sponsor events, philanthropic galas, and entertainment-tied experiences across the family office's portfolio operating companies. Manage the family office's most important client and counterparty relationships " ultra-high-net-worth investors, family offices, sovereign partners, bankers, lawyers, public officials, and entertainment principals " and personally cultivate and maintain those relationships over time. Run conferences and offsites for principals, advisors, and operating company executives " agendas, venue selection, speakers, logistics, hospitality, and follow-up. Support deal-related client engagement: structure and host private experiences that move sales, partnership, sponsorship, and investment conversations forward. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (investments, legal, operations, hospitality) and external partners (publicists, top-tier caterers, production companies, sponsorship agencies, event designers) to deliver flawless experiences. Oversee event budgets, vendor selection and contracts, and post-event reporting; ensure every initiative is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Protect the privacy, reputation, and brand of the principals and family office at all times.Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; Ivy League or equivalent top-tier university strongly preferred. 5-10 years of progressive experience in client relations, events, or hospitality at the highest end " luxury hospitality, family offices, private banks, major foundations, or top-tier event and sponsorship agencies. Direct experience working with high-profile individuals (UHNW clients, executives, public officials, entertainment principals) with absolute discretion. Strong commercial instincts and exposure to deal-related hospitality " you understand that a perfectly placed dinner can move a transaction. Strong network across luxury lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, media, and the South Florida market preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication; outstanding interpersonal skills; warm, calm, impeccably well-mannered demeanor. Meticulous, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple high-stakes events and relationships simultaneously. Sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate gracefully under pressure and at unusual hours when events demand it.What We Look For Across Every Hire: Demonstrable deal experience " you have sat at the table on real transactions, not just modeled them.
