Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chats, ensuring ethical and compassionate engagement with each client.

• Employ solution-based treatment modalities tailored to your clients’ specific situations, enhancing their journey towards mental wellness.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of your clients.

• Facilitate discussions that promote insights into clients' experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships to help them gain a deeper understanding of their mental health.

• Regularly assess clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, equipping them with robust coping mechanisms to handle life’s challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who are seeking assistance with various mental health concerns. The therapeutic approach at Moral Wellness Counseling Center focuses on empowering individuals to develop essential skills needed for enhancing their quality of life and achieving personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Active and independent licensure as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a genuine empathetic nature.
\n
• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our therapeutic platforms effectively.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively. Experience in using telehealth platforms is a plus, although not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on your working hours and experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:
