Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Washington.

• Approximately three years of relevant clinical experience showcasing a strong understanding of mental health disorders and effective therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.

• Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions to a variety of populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and empathetic interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with sound judgment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
