Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with assigned clients both in virtual settings and the community to provide therapeutic services that address their individual needs related to mental health and emotional well-being.

• Facilitate effective teamwork by actively participating in case discussions and care planning, aiming for collective goals and common outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to build a clear understanding of clients’ mental health status and create personalized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that include referrals to other necessary services and resources, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based interventions, including crisis management and therapy options such as individual, group, and family therapy.

• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of necessary reports and adherence to clinical guidelines.

• Maintain on-call coverage as required, including evenings and weekends, to ensure accessibility for clients in crisis.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients who are experiencing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to severe anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related issues. Many clients may come from diverse backgrounds and face systemic barriers to accessing care, making your role crucial in helping them navigate their healthcare journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
