Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist primarily of stable adults seeking help with a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges. All clients are thoroughly screened to ensure that they are a good fit for teletherapy, allowing you to focus on individuals who align with your specialties and work preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure to practice independently as a mental health professional, including but not limited to:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Psychologist or Psychoanalyst

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact empathetically with clients.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and a compassionate nature toward client issues.

• Proficient computer skills for operating telehealth software and documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is a plus, though not required. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems or telehealth platforms is beneficial for a smooth onboarding process.
