• Strong collaborative skills with educators, specialists, and service providers
• Effective communication skills with families, staff, and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and specialized instruction based on each student's IEP
• Modify curriculum and teaching strategies to promote learning and functional skill development
• Document and communicate student progress, making adjustments as needed
• Support students in academic, functional, behavioral, and life-skills domains
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, special education staff, administrators, and related service professionals
• Create and maintain a positive, well-organized, and supportive classroom environment
• Engage families and caregivers in the educational process and student progress
