As a fully remote role within an outpatient setting, this position allows for flexibility while maintaining a structured and supportive work environment. The standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential adjustments based on patient availability and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and formulate personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize recognized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to guide individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, providing participants with a strong sense of community while addressing common mental health challenges.

• Work closely with fellow clinicians, psychiatrists, and support staff to develop cohesive patient care strategies and ensure continuity across treatment modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and immediate support during mental health emergencies, effectively stabilizing patients in distress.
\n
• Educate patients on their conditions, potential treatment paths, and how to access community resources to enhance their support systems.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage actively in case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance collective treatment efforts and share best practices.

• Stay informed on the latest research and clinical practices within the mental health field to continually refine your therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, which includes individuals from varying socio-economic backgrounds and with different mental health diagnoses. The patients you serve may range from adolescents to adults, requiring adaptable therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs and goals effectively. Your contributions will be pivotal in helping patients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve improved well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Strong assessment skills with the ability to create actionable and individualized treatment strategies.

• Experience working with diverse populations in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Commitment to ethical practices and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Competence in using EHR systems and familiarity with healthcare technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
