Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver remote mental health care through evidence-based programs, focusing on structured protocols to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Monitor participant progress and provide timely follow-up communication, ensuring that session notes and care coordination recommendations are accurately documented.

• Engage actively as a member of the care team to help clients access necessary resources, including facilitating consent and authorization processes.

• Conduct thorough assessments and respond appropriately to high-risk situations, adhering to established safety protocols and policies.

• Take part in scheduled meetings with clinical supervisors and colleagues to discuss ongoing cases and share insights to enhance team performance.

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations, maintaining confidentiality and privacy as per organizational guidelines while completing required training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients experiencing a range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance-use disorders. Your role is vital in providing the necessary therapeutic support to help clients develop actionable skills and foster healthy long-term habits, thereby significantly enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or an equivalent program.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A commitment to maintaining a consistent weekly schedule, dedicating 40 hours of your time Monday through Friday for client appointments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience in psychotherapy utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused therapies.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling best practices, enhancing patient engagement and treatment effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually , along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
