Work Environment\n

Our outpatient office is designed to facilitate a welcoming and therapeutic setting for both clients and employees. As a remote position, mental health therapists will have the flexibility to manage their work settings while being an integral part of our team's daily operations. The full-time work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the understanding that some flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, strengths, and barriers to treatment.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate dynamic psychoeducational and support groups, helping clients build community and address shared mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating urgency and compassion during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and available community resources, empowering them on their path to wellness.

• Maintain up-to-date and secure client documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, actively contributing to ongoing professional development and team cohesion.

Your work will involve engaging with a wide array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families seeking help for various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessing mental health disorders and developing individualized treatment strategies.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to varied client populations.

• Strong interpersonal skills, enhancing communication and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
