Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily provide counseling services to stable, low-acuity adult clients. This population may include individuals managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other life transitions. Your role will be critical in helping clients navigate their experiences, offering encouragement and strategies for improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Independent licensure without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with proficiency in navigating digital platforms are essential for effective counseling delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
