This role supports a unique telehealth setting, facilitating access to our programs without the constraints of a physical location. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Organize and lead group therapy sessions tailored to foster connections among clients, encourage peer support, and facilitate discussions aimed at personal growth.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling sessions where you will assess and address clients' unique challenges, navigating their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while helping them develop robust coping strategies.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that accurately reflect their aspirations and therapeutic needs, ensuring a tailored path to recovery.

• Monitor Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting them as required to enhance client outcomes.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage regularly with colleagues in our multidisciplinary team, facilitating coordinated care for clients and consulting on complex cases to provide the highest level of service.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will play a critical role in supporting clients grappling with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. By creating a compassionate and safe space, you will help clients navigate their emotional challenges and empower them to realize their potential.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.
\n
• A strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly valued:

Compensation and Benefits\n
