Work Environment

This role is situated in a home care setting, allowing therapists to work directly with patients in their own environments. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Evince Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations as referred by their physicians.
• Designing and implementing comprehensive treatment programs tailored to individual patient needs while leveraging evidence-based practices.
• Providing skilled and purposeful therapeutic care in the patient's home, utilizing a range of procedures and techniques to enhance their condition and functionality.
• Consulting and educating patients and their caregivers about their rehabilitation process and home exercise regimes.
• Building strong therapeutic relationships to motivate patients, ensuring they achieve their functional goals and remain engaged in their recovery journey.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes to reflect patient outcomes and meet minimum utilization goals and other business performance objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass a diverse array of patient populations, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric challenges, and sports-related injuries. The ability to tailor treatment approaches for varied diagnoses will enable you to engage with each patient at their specific point of need, fostering effective and impactful recovery experiences.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) recognized by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a background in patient care.
• Current CPR certification to ensure readiness in emergency situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Proficient in using word processing and computer software relevant to patient documentation.
• A dedication to building lasting relationships with patients and caregivers to enhance their rehabilitation experience.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
