Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting children and adolescents facing a range of mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. By building trusting therapeutic relationships, you will empower these young individuals to express their feelings, develop coping strategies, and achieve emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach toward clients, demonstrating sensitivity to their experiences and challenges.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within educational settings or with youth populations. Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions is a plus.
