Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to balance professional commitments with personal life effectively. As part of our team, you will have the option to follow a shift pattern that accommodates either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, operating between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual's situation.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on issues related to addiction, mental health disorders, and interpersonal relationships.

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans, contributing to the design and implementation of therapeutic interventions tailored to each client.

• Facilitate crisis interventions as necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and ensuring clients access appropriate resources in the community.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to healthcare protocols and confidentiality standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
