Position Overview

Life Partners Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments with families to identify pressing behavioral health issues.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate family sessions aimed at enhancing communication and resolving conflicts, while encouraging each member to articulate their perspectives.
• Educate families on how their dynamics influence overall functioning and develop strategies for improvement.
• Guide clients through grief processing, emotional stabilization, and improvement of children's educational environments.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans meticulously in our electronic health record system.
• Engage in regular consultation and case reviews with fellow therapists to optimize treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, comprising families, couples, and individuals from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proficient understanding of family therapy best practices and methodologies.
• Strong compassion and excellent communication skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working as a marriage or family therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Life Partners Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide:
