The position requires strategic, consultative, and commercial skills to enhance client deployments. Candidates should excel in identifying new business opportunities and leveraging generic technology solutions. Lead the strategy for expanding the enterprise customer base, build and maintain deep relationships across large accounts, identify new buying centers and enterprise use cases, create account plans to grow initial deployments into broader relationships, collaborate with internal experts to ensure customer success, help customers envision future states with modern technology, and communicate effectively at both user and executive levels. Key Responsibilities Develop expansion strategies for existing enterprise customers. Foster relationships with key stakeholders across accounts. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Create comprehensive account growth plans. Collaborate with various internal teams to drive customer success. Qualifications Experience in top‑tier consulting, strategy, or problem‑solving. Background in high‑growth B2B software or AI companies. Proven track record of growing complex customer relationships. Strong communication and strategic thinking skills. Curiosity and fluency in modern technology tools and workflows.
