Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families to understand their unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for both patients and their families, tailoring treatment approaches based on assessed needs and preferences.
\n
• Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including treatment plans, billing information, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with specified timelines.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis and safety plans, as well as relapse prevention and wellness plans, to promote patient stability and well-being.
\n
• Create structured discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition for patients exiting therapy.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of practice.
\n
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and licensure.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing to team discussions and collaborative treatment planning.
\n
• Complete all licensure maintenance and mandatory training as required by state guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Life Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health conditions. Our client population often includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other emotional and psychological difficulties. Your empathetic and tailored approach will be instrumental in fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of New Jersey.

• Strong clinical skills and a demonstrated commitment to ethical practice in mental health care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, preferably with telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
