This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible working conditions while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment. Although the work is done from home, our team remains connected through regular virtual meetings, case discussions, and professional development sessions. You will also have access to a local outpatient office, where in-person consultations may be arranged when necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological states and emotional needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique goals and challenges presented by each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing severe mental health issues, utilizing de-escalation techniques and support networks.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community health professionals, to coordinate care and maximize client support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
