Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and systematic clinical assessments that incorporate evidence-based practices, helping to create individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address the mental health concerns of your clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance holistic care.

• Participate in clinical consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

• Educate and guide clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and local resources for additional support.

Your primary focus will be on individuals affected by trauma, anxiety, and depression. This includes a diverse client population varying in age, background, and personal experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• An active and valid licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of New Jersey.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the treatment team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
