This role allows for remote work, providing flexibility in your schedule while ensuring you remain part of a dynamic outpatient office team. Our facility operates Monday through Saturday, accommodating diverse client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, adolescents, and groups, determining the most appropriate clinical interventions tailored to client needs.

• Administer initial comprehensive evaluations for each client, triaging care and formulating collaborative treatment plans in communication with interdisciplinary team members.

• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and deadlines.

• Perform case management duties, working closely with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to coordinate care for assigned clients.

• Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities, helping clients meet their individualized service plans effectively.

You will work with clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client management.

• Ability to work within a flexible schedule, accommodating anywhere from 10 to 40 hours or more per week, based on your availability and client demand.

Compensation and Benefits\n
