Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients, accommodating those with accessibility challenges or those who prefer remote sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to enhance therapeutic knowledge and skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Carmelite Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
