Mental Health Counselors will utilize teletherapy platforms to engage with clients, ensuring that therapy is accessible regardless of location. Although you will primarily work from home, our organization provides regular virtual peer consultations and supervision sessions, enhancing team interaction and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using recognized evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Support clients in establishing their therapeutic goals and monitor their progress in a timely and organized manner.

• Provide virtual sessions through teletherapy to accommodate clients who face accessibility challenges, ensuring effective communication and engagement.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is mandatory, while a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 – 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
