Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, using standardized tools and interviews to identify their needs accurately.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, and providing ongoing feedback and support to empower clients in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.
