Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health status.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique challenges and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your cultural competence will play a vital role in understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, enabling you to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet their individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
