Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via secure video chat platforms, ensuring confidentiality and comfort for all clients.

• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities to tailor and deliver effective therapy sessions based on individual client needs.

• Create and execute personalized treatment plans that align with the therapeutic goals and objectives of your clients.

• Guide clients in developing insights into their interpersonal relationships and emotions, facilitating personal growth and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults presenting a diverse range of mental health needs. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions, among other challenges. Your role is crucial in helping these clients build essential coping skills and improve their overall mental health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are necessary for this role:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and fully independent practice license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Possession of no limited or provisional license and no disciplinary actions on your record.
\n
• Strong interpersonal abilities, superior communication skills, and a sympathetic nature to effectively connect with clients.

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, demonstrating effective computer literacy for therapy delivery and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a similar remote setting, familiarity with telehealth methodologies, and previous roles in community health clinics are strongly encouraged to apply. Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health counseling will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
