Business Development Manager – Janitorial & Facility Services Location: Atlanta, GA Compensation: $95,000–$105,000 base + uncapped commission (typical total earnings $135K–$180K+) Our growing facilities services company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in the Atlanta market. This role focuses on developing relationships and securing commercial janitorial and facility service contracts with property managers, commercial buildings, and multi-site portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in B2B contract sales who thrives in a results-driven environment and wants to grow with an expanding company.
