As an AM at YOOBIC , you own the full commercial lifecycle of our most valuable assets from high stakes renewals to aggressive upselling and cross‑selling across global portfolios. Why This is Your Next Career Move A True Sales Hybrid: This isn't a "check in" role. You carry a formal expansion and retention quota, managing the full commercial negotiation from proposal to close. The AI Upsell Path: You’ll be the first to bring our new Store Manager Copilot and Predictive Analytics to icons like Lacoste, MattressFirm, and Vans, creating immediate, high value expansion opportunities. Strategic Wealth: We offer a competitive base + commission structure, including a unique 401k contribution we invest in your future even if you don’t contribute a cent. What You’ll Achieve Crush Expansion Targets: Proactively identify, navigate and close upsell and cross sell opportunities within your portfolio to hit quarterly revenue goals. Master the Commercial Renewal: Own the end to end negotiation for multi year renewals, ensuring zero churn while maximizing contract value. Strategic ROI Mapping: Use our ROI methodology to build rock solid business cases that justify budget expansion at the C suite level. QBRs: Lead high stakes reviews with executive sponsors to prove value and "earn the right" to the next big upsell. Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous, forecasted pipeline of expansion opportunities, reporting directly on your path to quota. Who You Are The Commercial Closer: 2-4 years of experience in a quota carrying Account Management role. You are a "Hunter in a Farmer’s territory." The Negotiator: You have a track record of achieving quarterly sales targets and aren't afraid to navigate complex pricing and contract discussions. Data Driven Seller: You love using data to find the "money on the table." You understand that a happy customer is great, but an expanding customer is the goal. Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English is required; European languages (French, Spanish, or German) are a major bonus for our global accounts. The Rewards This role is hybrid for candidates based in New York, with remote options available for those located along the East Coast or Dallas. Compensation: $128k Base | $179,900 OTE The base salary range for this role is $128,500 per year, with an expected OTE of $179,900. This represents our good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
